Delaware Cities

Delaware cities file cases at the county level. Each city falls under one of the three counties: New Castle, Kent, or Sussex. Many cities also have a local Justice of the Peace Court for small civil and criminal matters. A few have an Alderman's Court for parking and local ordinance cases.
